ACTS 2018 Blue Ribbon Awards and TL1 Top Poster Presenter Award

During the Association for Clinical and Translational Science annual meeting in Washington, DC; 3 of our scholars were recognized for a Blue Ribbon Poster Award.

Congratulations Alana Lelo, Megan Huizenga, and Parnika Kadam!  These three were nominated by their fellow TL1 trainees & TBS Executive Committee to represent our program at the ACTS Conference.

During the ACTS meeting, the TL1 Top Poster Presenter Award was determined by a panel of judges who scored Blue Ribbon Awardees based on the science, 4 minutes presentation and poster layout.  We are honored to give this award to Megan Huizenga!  She was ranked in the top 10% of Blue Ribbon Awardees for her poster presentation.
