Alana Lelo was selected for the New York Academy of Sciences STEM Exchange!
On Tuesday, August 28, 2018 Alana Lelo attend the 10th STEM Exchange: Research and Career Symposium. This unique event gives 50 exceptional students and early career scientists (MS, PhD, postdoc) an opportunity to present their research, engage with PepsiCo’s R&D leaders and discover first-hand how a STEM degree can open doors outside of academia.
She was selected out of 200 applicants to speak about her work on STAG2 as a biomarker of recurrence and progression in early stage bladder cancer.
