Two GHUCCTS scholars selected to give oral presentations at ACTS 2020 virtual conference
GHUCCTS is proud to announce that two of our scholars have been selected to provide oral presentations during this year’s Association for Clinical and Translational Science (ACTS) virtual conference. Only six scholars were selected to present from a very competitive pool of abstract submissions.
Oral presentations are scheduled for Thursday, April 16, 2020.

Dr. Kate Michel is an Assistant Professor with the Department of Infectious Diseases at the Georgetown University School of Medicine. She was named a GHUCCTS KL2 scholar in 2019 after completing her GHUCCTS TL1 appointment. She is currently mentored by a GHUCCTS KL2 scholar alum, Dr. Seble Kassaye, MD, MS, Assistant Professor with the Department of Infectious Diseases at the Georgetown University School of Medicine.
