Dr. Gay was recognized during Georgetown's Postdoc Appreciation Week 2019

Georgetown University Medical Center honored six postdoctoral fellows in their National Postdoc Appreciation Week 2019. Dr. Martha Gay was one of those six!

Martha represented our NIH TL1 GHUCCTS postdoctoral scholars. She is studying gastroenterology and hepatology. Martha’s research focuses on hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), the most common form of liver cancer, and how it disproportionately affects the Hispanic population.
